About the Founder:

Charlee Barr

BSc (hons) Economics

As an economics graduate whose early academic training and exposure to financial markets initially led her towards a career in banking. During this period, she developed a growing interest in alternative asset classes, particularly within the luxury sector. Her introduction to luxury handbag collectibles emerged through independent market exploration and hands-on experience, prompting a broader examination of how economic principles could be applied to tangible, non-traditional assets. This intersection of financial analysis and luxury markets became a defining influence in her early work.

Drawing on her economic background, Charlee sought to combine structured market analysis with an appreciation for craftsmanship, heritage, and long-term collectability. This perspective informed the original concept behind Luxury Partners, which was established to explore luxury assets through a more analytical and research-driven lens.
